I ordered this a few weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. Maybe I missed something about the delivery timeline, but it feels like it’s taking way too long. I’m disappointed at this point.

The pool showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. The setup part was where I got annoyed. Maybe I’m just not the handiest person, and I probably waited until the last minute to deal with it, but the install support was really slow to get back to me and didn’t help much when they did. I ended up figuring out most of it on my own

I ordered from Doheny's Water Warehouse thinking I was getting a decent deal, but by the time shipping and everything else got added on, the total felt way higher than it should’ve been.

The item itself was fine, I guess, but nothing that made me feel like the price was justified. I’ve definitely seen similar stuff for less elsewhere, and I didn’t feel like reaching out to customer service because I don’t really trust that they’d do much besides give me a runaround.
I kind of wish I had taken more time to shop around before ordering. For what I paid, I expected either better quality or at least a smoother overall experience.

I don’t remember every little detail at this point, probably because I’ve tried to block most of it out, but the return definitely dragged on way longer than I expected. What I do remember is having to follow up more than once just to get basic refund info, and it never really felt like anyone had a straight answer. Maybe there were a couple normal steps in the process, but the part that stuck with me was the frustration. Overall, not a great experience.

I ordered some pool shock and algaecide, along with a small vac head, hoping it would get my pool cleared up quickly. The chemicals helped a little, but not nearly like I expected, actually, I ended up using more than the label said and the water was still cloudy, which was frustrating.
The vac head was okay at first glance, but it felt kind of cheap once I started using it and it didn’t really pick up much unless I moved painfully slow. Shipping was fine, no issue there, but overall the stuff just didn’t work that well for me

I was frustrated because the items showed as available online, so I went ahead thinking I could get them. But once it came down to actually ordering or picking them up, nothing was really available. Just kind of annoying when you think you’re all set and then… not so much

I’ve ordered from Doheny's Water Warehouse before and the products themselves have generally been fine, so I really wanted this to be an easy fix. Unfortunately, when I had an issue with my order, getting help was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. I emailed and waited days for a reply, and when they finally responded, it didn’t really answer my question or solve anything. I also tried calling, but it was mostly just sitting on hold with no real progress. I don’t mind being patient, but I don’t want to keep chasing someone for a simple order issue. I’d be willing to buy from them again if their customer service improved, because the company has decent stuff, but this experience definitely left a bad impression

Ordered from doheny.com and the delivery date was way off. Ugh. It ended up showing up days late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. The product itself was fine, but I needed it sooner, so the whole thing was frustrating. Annoying.

I had a hard time using the site, especially when I got to checkout. It kept confusing me and I wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do next. I also got the feeling that nobody actually read my message, which made the whole thing even more frustrating

The selection was disappointing. A lot of the items I was looking for were either missing or out of stock, so it felt like I wasted my time browsing. If it stays like this, I’ll probably start shopping somewhere else.

I reached out for warranty help expecting a straightforward fix, but the whole process has dragged on way too long. I’ve followed up multiple times and still don’t have a working solution. At this point, I feel like I shouldn’t have to keep chasing updates, so I’m escalating the complaint and hoping someone actually takes ownership of it
